WebJul 17, 2024 · Microsoft Office 365 Under each user's own Outlook web app mail settings, there is an option for " Always show the Bcc and From field". This will always show the FROM field when the user composes a message, which is useful when the user often needs to send as others (shared mailboxes etc).

WebAlways show from field has been enabled in all Outlook settings. It has been toggled on and off to see if that changes anything. Checked options when composing a message to see if I can force it but no luck. This user also has access to a shared mailbox and needs to be able to toggle between the accounts to send from.
