While I know youc an use CTRL+E to cut loops, this gets ratehr tedious when you have to make a lot of slices. You have to select each one, CTRL+E, select the next one, etc. A simple cut tool synced to the current quantize setting would be fabulous! WebOTT is a preset in an effect called Multiband Dynamics. Find out if standard has Multiband Dynamics and you'll have your answer. Also I know Xfer records sells an OTT VST for like I'd guess 30-40 bucks.
