WebI've heard PTFE powder works well with the creams, because the pom housing plays well with dry lube. As for switch films, ig it's personal preference. The top housings of my creams aren't wobbly after opening them up and reassembling them, but you could use switch films if you want. They shouldn't change the feel or anything.
