WebAug 29, 2024 · The specs were from the harley pushrods from their directions. Now I'm going to try and use some comp cam 850 lifters since my bike is older and have the stock lifters in. The TPI on the Pushrods are 24. I asked around and seen that for those lifters im looking at 3 to 3.5 turns for the rods. This gap allows the shaft to rotate and hit the bolt causing a tick.
