Or you can temporarily switch to Unity 2D or other non-composite WM. The change takes effect after refresh. The drawback: this disables HW acceleration in Flash Player even for vector and bitmap operations. This seems to be random as in 2-3 seconds, 5 seconds, or up to 11. Not sure why it is this morning that I am having issues and I can't explain it. It's not just Youtube either.
