WebThere is dragon scale armor in the DMG that you can work off. I'd also go with the crafting rules (UA update works too) and using that to add some cost into creation. It's very rare armor which puts it in the 5000-50000 gp range so it's up to you how much you'd want it to go for, but it certainly wouldn't be cheap.
