WebThese plug-ins were created to open up After Effects to all the possibilities in OpenEXR. These plug-ins are now installed with After Effects. Newer versions are 100% project-compatible. Included is the OpenEXR file module that provides API access to all the channels in an EXR and various compression options when rendering EXRs out of AE. WebClick the color swatch next to Picker Add in the Cryptomatte Properties to enable the eyedropper color picker. Ctrl/Cmd + Click a matte to add it to the selection. Selected mattes are displayed in yellow in the Viewer and the matte names are added to the Matte List. Ctrl/Cmd + Click to add more mattes to the selection.

Cryptomatte works just fine when rendered to separate exr-file, but when it is part of multichannel exr AE cryptomatte-effect says "no cryptomatte layers found".
